Each product has a size chart listed on the website. Please check the size chart for sizing information. Most items are pre-shrunk.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. This includes address changes, item changes, or changes to the method of payment. If you have any questions, please reach out to hello@alpine-bay.com.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-10 business days, depending on if the item is in stock. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly. All orders are shipped via UPS using standard shipping. If you need your order expedited, please contact us athello@alpine-bay.com. We may be able to work with your timeline. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. 

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States.

Returns and exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Returns are not accepted on custom items. Please contact us directly at hello@alpine-bay.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

We design all of our pieces in-house in Jupiter, Florida surrounded daily by sun-drenched days and the coastal lifestyle that drives the inspiration behind our brand. Occasionally you’ll find us designing on an airplane en route to a snowy or other adventurous destination.
